November 4, 2008Women and Social Movements, available throughout CUNY, has a new search interface as well as new content. The database includes more than 72,000 pages of documents from the State Commissions on the Status of Women as well as the first three volumes of Harvard University Press’s five-volume Notable American Women: A Biographical Dictionary. The remaining two volumes will be added during 2009-2010. Also included are graphics, tables, a chronology, and reviews of recent books in women’s studies.
