In response to student requests, refunds for unused value on Continental Copy cards will again be available the week after spring break, April 10 – April 16th.
To request a refund, patrons must complete a Continental Copy refund request form at the Circulation Desk and have it signed by one of the supervisors listed on the form. Forms will be available at the Circulation Desk starting tomorrow, Friday, March 30th.
If you previously submitted a form and old copy card, but were not able to go to the Bursar’s Office to obtain your refund before the old deadline, please speak to a supervisor at the Circulation Desk. Your cards and forms remain available for the refund.
Cash refunds will be distributed at the Bursar’s Office from April 10th – April 16th during their regular Bursar Office business hours.
This is your last chance! No refunds will be distributed after 5 pm on Monday, April 16th.
