New Electronic Reserves Location

The URL of our electronic reserves service, ERes, has changed. It has moved from http://mina.gc.cuny.edu:81/ to http://eres.gc.cuny.edu/. Please update your bookmarks. You will still use the same password information to access the system. Off-campus users who may have experienced problems accessing the site due to firewall issues should no longer be blocked from accessing ERes. Please contact the systems librarian, Kevin Reiss, at kreiss@gc.cuny.edu if you have problems accessing the ERes website.

New Library Website

The library has redesigned our website. We hope that the new site will better serve you. We are eager to recieve feedback from users so please send us any comments, observations, or other ideas you may have about the new site. New Copy Card Refund Opportunity!

In response to student requests, refunds for unused value on Continental Copy cards will again be available the week after spring break, April 10 – April 16^th.

To request a refund, patrons must complete a Continental Copy refund request form at the Circulation Desk and have it signed by one of the supervisors listed on the form. Forms will be available at the Circulation Desk starting tomorrow, Friday, March 30^th.

If you previously submitted a form and old copy card, but were not able to go to the Bursar’s Office to obtain your refund before the old deadline, please speak to a supervisor at the Circulation Desk. Your cards and forms remain available for the refund.

Cash refunds will be distributed at the Bursar’s Office from April 10^th – April 16^th during their regular Bursar Office business hours.

This is your last chance! No refunds will be distributed after 5 pm on Monday, April 16^th.
