Introduction to RefWorks
This session will cover the basics of using the online research management tool RefWorks. The web-based program, which is an online alternative to EndNote, is designed to help researchers gather, manage, store and share all types of information, as well as generate citations and bibliographies. Dissertation Preparation
If your defense is in sight, plan to attend one of these workshops to learn the dissertation deposit process including depositing a copy of your dissertation electronically. During these workshops, procedures for the deposit will be reviewed, tools and resources to help you with the process will be provided, and your questions will be answered. (Julie Cunningham)

Refworks Now Available

Graduate Center Faculty, Staff, and Students now have access to Refworks, a web-based bibliographic citation management tool. You can use to create aand store a database of your citations and automatically insert citations and format bibliographies within your research documents. A short introduction to Refworks can be found on the library website. You will need to create a new account for yourself the first time that you visit the Refworks website.
